Noreen has a particular focus in international energy law having provided dispute advisory, corporate and projects advisory, policy research and related legal services. Her updates on legislative developments and changes for oil, gas, power, climate change and mining projects to energy companies as well as governments, contractors, traders, investors and financial institutions. She has been involved in several high-level policy projects with stakeholders such as the United Nations, international NGOs and working groups.
Noreen has a strong commitment to pro bono work particularly in relation to energy matters and has worked in collaborative projects with organisations to promote energy justice. She speaks and publishes regularly on topical issues of local, regional and international energy law. She is also a regional representative of the young arbitrators' group of the London Court of International Arbitration.
