Renice Midar graduated from the University of Nairobi in 2010 with a Bachelor of Laws Degree 2nd Class Honours (Upper Division). She was admitted to the Kenya School of Law in the year 2011 from where she received her Post Graduate Diploma in Law.
Renice joined the firm as a Pupil in January 2012 and undertook one year of pupilage where she received in depth training in all areas of law. She was admitted to the Roll of Advocates on 12th November 2012. Renice is also an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.
Renice has previously worked in the Litigation Department of the firm where she handled briefs in the areas of probate and succession, divorce proceedings, child custody and maintenance, employment law and other civil disputes while working under Marysheila Onyango-Oduor. She is currently in the Commercial-Conveyance Department where she deals mainly with bank security documentation and perfection, Commercial transactions including contract documentation, business-set-up, company secretarial and Conveyancing and Property transactions as an assisting counsel to Mr. Tom Onyango.
