Franklin is an alumnus of Kabarak University School of Law.
He is an Associate in the Dispute Resolution Department of the firm. This department entails both mainstream dispute resolution mechanisms such as litigation and arbitration as well as alternative dispute resolution mechanisms including mediation and negotiation.
In this capacity Franklin is involved in diverse dispute resolution fora. Specifically, he handles matters in the Commercial, Environment & Land, Employment & Labor Relations ,Civil and Criminal Courts and tribunals. He also handles matters in the fields of Commercial Law, Defamation Law, Banking and Regulatory Compliance Law, Estate Administration and Succession, Sports Law, law relating to retirement benefits as well as procurement law. He also negotiates out of court settlements.
Franklin is a Certified and Accredited Mediator by the Judiciary of Kenya. Through such feat, he conducts and has successfully settled a number of mediations for the judiciary as a Court-Mandated Mediator in the fields of Employment and Labor Relations disputes, Family disputes, Civil disputes as well as Commercial disputes. He also conducts mediations for private corporate as well as individual parties.
He has written and published extensively in the areas of Human Rights, Sports Law, Economics, International Law, Arbitration and Mediation, Construction Law, Commercial and Investment Law, Criminal Law as well as emerging areas of law.
