Beginning his career in Maritime and International Law, has created a solid foundation for him to build his expertise in Environmental and Natural Resources jurisprudence. His current specialization in Energy and Renewable Resources has made him a key contact for high profile energy transactions for international investors. Elias is an avid athlete and holds a 2nd Dan Black Belt in Shotokan Karate. This interest has then been a great boost in his handling of matters in Sports and Entertainment Law, seeing him represent a number of important cases before the Court of Arbitration for Sports (CAS). 

Elias has been recognized for his Dispute Resolution work in the Legal500 EMEA Rankings 2019. He is also currently the Partner in charge of the Firm’s pro bono scheme which oversees the provision of free legal services to needy members of society, one of the Firm’s key corporate-social responsibilities.
