Debbie Wathome is an enthusiastic young lawyer joining our corporate and commercial practice.
She has experience in Intellectual Property, Mergers & Acquisitions, General Finance and Financial Services. Debbie has further trained in debt restructuring, English Guarantees and Related Issues, Contract Law, Negotiations and completions of M&A transactions, specialised real estate construction contracts, cross examinations in international arbitration and drafting plaints (statements of claim).
