She has a promising career in Dispute Resolution and specializes in commercial litigation, employment and labour relations disputes as well as constitutional and judicial review practice.  She has also extended her practice to alternative means of dispute resolution, particularly, mediation and arbitration.

Cynthia is a certified accredited mediator and a member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and was 1st Runners up for  Young Lawyer of the Year at the Nairobi Legal Awards 2019. She is currently pursuing her Masters Degree in Energy and Natural Resources Law.
