Noreen is a tenacious arbitrator, channeling her passion for the environment through her extensive contribution to the field of energy law practice.

In her experience, she has a strong history of complex arbitration and litigation matters representing clients in high-value construction and commercial arbitrations. She has flexed her litigation muscles constitutional and human rights-related matters as well as environment and land law cases, including before the East Africa Court of Justice. Equally, Noreen provides advocacy and legal advice on oil, gas, renewable energy, climate change and mining projects. She was a part of several high-level policy projects with stakeholders such as UNEP and local government.

Noreen currently sits in the Law Society of Kenya’s Litigation practice committee and the Constitutional and Human Rights Bar Bench Committee. She is also Kenya’s representative of the Association of Young Arbitrators (AYA).
