Catherine’s strength in transactional work and regulatory compliance has enabled her to work seamlessly with several domestic and multi-national companies towards regulatory compliance and business processes & strategy support.
She works closely with industry stakeholders, such as financial services institutions, regulators, payment service providers, telecommunication and technology companies, software integrators and start-ups, to come up with legal solutions for industry specific issues. This work earned her a place in the Legal500 rankings 2019 as a recommended lawyer for Commercial, Corporate and Mergers and Acquisitions. She is also an elected council member of the LSK Nairobi Branch and sits in the LSK ICT committee.
