The land records have been on a long term drive towards a clearer, cleaner and more efficient system. How better to get this done but to jump on to the digitization bandwagon? The new rules provide that: "All land transactions, including registering documents, searches; (as well as historical searches), valuation, assessment, stamping for duty, payment and lodging for registration within Nairobi City Countyare now required to be done electronically. The documents submitted are then stored in a cloud-management
system within the ERS."
